During the design and planning phase Val will steer you through the morass of legislation including Planning, Building Control, CDM Regulations, disability provision, Party Wall Act, Ecclesiastical Faculty applications etc and deal with various authorities on your behalf. She can help you appoint a suitable builder and monitor progress against set quality standards. Finally she will sign off the completed building and ensure that any defects in workmanship or materials are corrected in accordance with the specific contract conditions.
